Jerry Kuhn will nominate the slate of officers at the Business Meeting

*a motion was made, seconded and passed nominating Cindy Allen as the NH Vice-President and Julie Panus as the NH representative;
- Issues to be discussed at the Business Meeting include the following-

running the conference 3 full days vs. a single day

who will fill the newly created position of Divisional Director of Information Technology for NEATT (this position will be appointed by the board)

location of future conferences since this annual conference is contracted for the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Worcester for one more year

how to increase membership and attendance at our annual conference (currently there are 76 paid members and 86 registered conferees)

Suggestions: send out a postcard announcing the annual conference that directs people to the NEATT web site for workshop information, registration, hotel details, meal selections, schedule of events, etc. This will lower mailing costs and provide participants with timely information
